As the items are custom made, at this time we do not offer refunds/exchanges.
For any damaged items email [email protected] to dispute claim.

Returns and exchange details
Refunds are only available in the event an item is damaged in transit and I am unable to replace the item(s). If your item has arrived damaged, I will require photos of the damaged package and items in order to issue a replacement order or refund. Replacements are available in the event that I made an error and every effort will be made to ensure replacements are shipped quickly!
Refunds or replacements are NOT available for items shipped to the address you requested and show as delivered. Please keep an eye on your tracking. If it shows delivered and you do not have it, be sure to check with your postal service. I am not responsible for the mistakes of the US Postal Service.
I am happy to cover the shipping costs for exchanges for my OWN mistakes. Exchanges will be shipping with the same type of shipping purchased on the original order.
Refunds are not available for any items that were received in good condition.
Refunds are NOT available for items where a proof was received and approved.
