What is a 'Pre-Order' product?
This is a product that is currently being made which you are purchasing in advance.
The product is expected to be shipped out when ordered.
You will be notified when the product has been shipped along with a tracking number via email.
We do not accept refunds or exchanges for pre-order products.

If you are purchasing additional products, they will be shipped with your pre-order product. If you need the additional products sooner, please order separately.
